Appointments

Appointments are recommended to help minimise waiting times and keep the practice running smoothly. Standard appointments are generally 15 minutes.

For new patients, longer appointments, complex or multiple concerns, minor procedures, or insurance examinations, please call our reception team on (02) 8850 7965 so we can allow enough time for your appointment.

Please note that waiting times may vary due to emergencies or busy periods.

Telephone and After Hours Access

If you need to contact your doctor, please call the practice during opening hours. If your doctor is unavailable, you may be asked to leave a message and they will get back to you when possible.

For after hours care, existing patients can follow the instructions on our answering machine to contact the doctors in the practice.

For urgent, non-life-threatening medical care that cannot wait for a regular GP appointment, you can find your nearest Medicare Urgent Care Clinic using the Australian Government's clinic finder: Find a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic near you

In a medical emergency, call 000.

Home Visits

Home visits may be available for regular patients if you are too sick to attend the surgery at your doctor's discretion. This service is available for existing patients only, and a private fee may apply which is payable at the time of the visit.

Home visits need to be arranged with adequate advance notice. Same day appointments may not be available. â€‹

Visits may also be available to exiting patients in nursing homes, retirement villages, and hospitals.

Please call the practice to arrange.
